For 40 years, Plant With Purpose has been a leader in operating at the nexus of environmental restoration, economic development, and spiritual impact. We believe that we honor God when we honor people and our planet. Come join our growing team and make a difference at this critical time in human history.

OUR NEED

Plant With Purpose is seeking a visionary leader to guide our Marketing, Development, and Development Operations teams into the next phase of growth and impact. As we expand our reach and deepen our partnerships, we are looking for an executive who can integrate and elevate our fundraising, marketing, and donor engagement efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing strategies that increase national brand awareness, cultivate major donor relationships, and secure essential funding through grants and campaigns.

As Vice President, you will collaborate closely with our CEO, COO, and Board of Directors to set organizational strategy, ensuring that our marketing and development efforts align with our mission at the intersection of economic empowerment and environmental restoration. You will bring a proven track record of success in donor development, fundraising, and marketing leadership, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and belonging.

This is a unique leadership opportunity—one designed for a strategic thinker with experience guiding medium-sized nonprofits transitioning to larger organizations in both scale and impact. You will help drive transformational growth for a global organization committed to restoring ecosystems, strengthening communities, and addressing the root causes of poverty.

If you are an innovative and results-driven leader with a heart for impactful work, we invite you to help shape the future of Plant With Purpose.
